1) How to order?

2) How about the payment and when I can get the product?

First, you need to order the product. Then, you will receive stock confirmation email (including our bank account no.) from Batrisya Collection. Within 2 days, please make payment in order to avoid order cancellation. Product will be process for shipping after full payment is received. Please include the detail of your payment.

Note: The shipping of products from Indonesia to Malaysia is periodically which means you must order and make payment before the shipping. If not, you will get the product/s in the next shipping. We will let you know when the shipping takes place.

3) What Batrisya Collection’s policy?

About our policy:

* Once you placed an order that means you already accepted the way we work on and CONFIRM to buy the product.

* Your pre-ordered items may out of stock from supplier; in this case we will refund your payment.

* We don't accept any exchange for quality or design issue for any products.
